I did have a small issue with a service call HOWEVER the way Noah handled it and communicated clearly what had happened and didn't try to put any spin on it at all. Owned the slip up and promised to make up for it. Had a tech drop by today to get me fixed and he had things up and running in 20 minutes. We're all human and everyone is going to make mistakes. 11 months agoTechnicians lack knowledge to handle simple issues. They forget to pack their tools correctly for the job and will leave the work site and still charge you. In the end you'll be charged and still need to call someone else. When you complain to the owner he will gas light you never call back. Luke, you seriously need to listen to your customers! You ruined a 10 year customer relationship cause two techs messed up! When one customer leaves more will follow. Let's fix this!

8 years agoReliable company with fast service. Hood's has knowledgeable technicians that do the job right, the first time! I had an old AC & heater replaced this summer. They came in fast, replaced the old AC and had me cool in no time. I highly recommend Hood's!
